Baked Italian Chicken


1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Put aluminum foil on the bottom of a glass 9x13 pan.

3. On a plate, pour out some bread crumbs.

4. Trim excess fat off the chicken.

5. Run chicken under water to get the chicken wet so the bread crumbs will stick.

6. Cover chicken with bread crumbs and shake off excess bread crumbs.

7. Place chicken in the pan.

8. Cook in oven about 1 hour or until chicken is done.
