Baked Italian Oysters


1. In large heavy saucepan, melt butter over low heat.

2. Mix in olive oil and heat for 3 minutes.

3. Add remaining ingredients except oysters.

4. Mix well and remove from heat.

5. Add well drained oysters to saucepan and toss gently.

6. Place in a 2 quart casserole dish.

7. Bake at 425 for 20-30 minutes or until browned.
