Baked Onion Slices


1. In a small bowl, combine mustard, oil, honey, sage, pepper and salt.

2. Slice onions crosswise into 1/2 inch thick slices.

3. Place in single layer in greased 13x9 inch baking dish.

4. Brush generously with mustard mixture.

5. Cover with foil, bake 425F (220C) oven for 15 minutes.

6. Remove foil and bake 10-15 minutes longer or until tender.
