Baked Sesame Chicken With Soy Dip


1. Heat oven to 400 degrees and line a baking tray with baking paper.

2. Mix the breadcrumbs, sesame seeds, five-spice and a little seasoning on a plate.

3. Pat dry the chicken, dip into egg, then roll in the breadcumb mix.

4. Arrange on the baking tray, then bake for 25 to 30 minutes until crips and cooked through.

5. Mix the soy sauce with the citrus juices and sogar to make a dipping sauce.

6. Serve the chicken with little dishes of the sauce for dipping, plus lime wedges for squeezing over.
