Baked Vegetable Beef Stew


1. In a large resealable plastic bag, combine beef, vegetables, soup mix, and seasonings, seal bag and shake to coat evenly.

2. Transfer to a 13x9 baking dish, and coat with cooking spray, and pour water over beef mixture. (pan will be very full).

3. Cover and bake 325 degrees for 1 hour 30 minutes.

4. Stir in tomatoes, and bake uncovered fpr 30-40 minutes or until beef and vegetables are tender, stirring after 25 minutes.
