1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 2. For the wings: Mix the shake and bake, garlic powder, oregano, black pepper, chili powder and cayenne pepper (I just do this in the shake and bake bag). 3. Thoroughly coat the drumettes and place on a non-stick baking pan that has been lightly sprayed with cooking spray. 4. Retain bag and any leftover shake and bake for use in potatoes. 5. Bake for 50-60 minutes (or desired level or crunchiness) turning once after about 20 minutes and a second time if making crunchier. 6. For the potatoes: Mix the dry ingredients for the potatoes (I usually just add them in with the leftover shake and bake in the bag and shake up good). 7. Put the thin potato slices in a large bowl and add the oil. 8. Mix thoroughly. 9. Add the dry mixture and mix until evenly coated. 10. Spray a large non stick baking pan with cooking spray and spread the potatoes evenly over. 11. Bake in same oven with wings for 40-50 minutes or until the desired level of crunchy, turning occasionally. 12. Serve with celery/carrot sticks, ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping and sour cream for the potato wedges. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
