1. Use a 6 quart slow cooker. 2. Trim away any excess fat. 3. Rinse the meat under cold running water to wash away salt. 4. In a small mixing bowl, combine the contents of the seasoning packet with the molasses, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and red pepper flakes. 5. Spread this sauce evenly over all sides of the meat. 6. Place the meat in the insert, and cover. 7.
