1. In a blender, beat mashed bananas, cream and sugar until frothy. 2. Pour into freezer trays and freeze for 1 to 2 hours until partially firm. 3. Cut 8 bananas in half lengthwise and then in half across. 4. Place 4 pieces in a row side by side on a dessert plate. 5. Spread the frozen bananas uniformly over the fresh bananas. 6.
