Banana Protein Pancakes


1. Place the bananas in a medium bowl, and mash them with a fork.

2. In a separate bowl, place both the egg and the white and beat them until uniform.

3. Add the flour and mix it with the rest of the liquid batter.

4. Add the baking powder.

5. Heat a small pan for 2 minutes and put some non-stick spray on it.

6. Place 2 tbsp of batter in the pan. Flip it after a minute.
