1. Simmer the sugar and honey in a double boiler until melted; cool.

2. Add the rest of ingredients except frosting.

3. Mix.

4. Spread in a thin sheet and bake until done.

5. Frost with thin frosting made of lemon and powdered sugar as soon as cookies are baked.
