1. Mix together all marinade ingredients. 2. Partially thaw the meat, then make thin slices (With a slight diagonal cut) 3. Add the meat slices to the marinade. 4. Marinade in fridge for 1 hour. 5. Add oil to a pan and put to high heat, then add meat and veggies. Stir until meat and veggies are done. 6. Serve over a plate of rice. 7.
