1. Peel, chop and boil in the minimum water with salt any vegetables and use singly or in combination. 2. Fry the onion till transparent. 3. Add the ginger-garlic paste and fry. 4. Put in the masalas and curry leaves and fry till the seeds splutter. 5. Add in the cooked vegetables. 6. Blend. 7. Add tamarind/lime juice. 8. Garnish with fresh grated coconut. 9.
