Basil Parmesan Shrimp


1. For dressing: Combine 1/4 cup olive oil, basil, vinegar, 1 T parmesan and sugar in saucepan on low.

2. Meanwhile, combine shrimp and remaining parmesan.

3. In skillet, on med, heat butter and remaining oil.

4. Add shrimp and saute for 4 minutes.

5. Drain on paper towels.

6. Place shrimp on lettuce; drizzle warm dressing atop.
