1. Melt the butter. 2. Add 2 Tbsp flour and brown lightly, stirring constantly. 3. Add remaining flour, stir in, and remove pan from heat. 4. Pour in bouillon and stir well--be sure not to let it get lumpy! 5. Simmer at low heat for a minimum of 45 minutes, stirring occasionally. 6. Serve topped with grated cheese. 7.
