1. Combine chopped onion, cumin, lemon juice, vinegar garlic and jalepeno in a bowl. 2. Season the chicken with salt and pepper. 3. Drop the chicken pieces in the onion mixture and coat well. 4. Leave chicken in the mixture for 30 minutes. 5. Heat BBQ to medium heat. 6. Really coat the chicken pieces with the onion mixture. 7. Alternate chicken, cherry tomato, pepper, pearl onions and mushrooms on 4 skewers. 8. BBQ until chicken is cooked through. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
