1. Prick the thighs all over. 2. Blend the garlic, ginger, coriander and peppercorns to a paste. 3. and rub into the chicken. 4. Wrap in plastic and place in fridge for at least 2 hours. 5. Mix soysauce& oil. 6. Baste the chicken with the soy mixture. 7. BBQ over medium heat until the outside is crisp and the inside is cooked. 8.
