1. Soak beans overnight. 2. fry the onion potato and bell pepper till onion starts to brown. 3. add all liquid ingreidents. 4. drain and add Beans and the rest of the ingredients. 5. bring to a slow boil for 4 minutes. 6. cut back Temperature to a slow simmer. 7. Cook for 8 hours stirring every now and then. 8. If you need more ligquid add Chicken Broth.
