1. Take Chicken Breasts out of freezer, season with Seasoning Rub, and put in refrigerator overnight to thaw in a ziplock bag. 2. Spray a cooking pan with Pam, and heat on medium to medium-high. Slice the raw chicken breasts into strips, and grill. 3. To prepare pita, place 4 oz of chicken breast into each of 3 toasted pitas. Evenly distribute lettuce, tomato, and onions.
