1. In a skillet, cook bacon, onion and garlic over medium heat until the bacon is crisp. 2. Drain and place in a bowl. 3. Stir in the bread crumbs, egg, water, parsley, salt, marjoram, paprika and pepper. 4. Crumble beef and pork over the mixture and mix well. 5. Shape into eight 3/4-in thick patties. 6. Grill uncovered or medium-hot heat for 9-12 minutes or until juices run clear, turning occasionally. 7.
