1. Cut peppers in half lengthwise, remove seeds. 2. Cook 5 minutes in boiling water. 3. Drain. 4. Sauté celery, onion, and garlic in butter until tender. 5. Remove from pan. 6. Brown ground beef in same skillet. 7. Stir in sautéed vegetables, beans and barbecue sauce. 8. Fill peppers. 9. Place in shallow baking dish. 10. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes. 11.
