1. In a large skillet, brown ground beef over medium-high heat until no longer pink, pour off fat. 2. Stir in salsa and Velveeta© and stir until melted. 3. To serve, spoon about 1/2 cup beef mixture in center of tortilla and top with choice of toppings.
