1. Cook ground been, onion and jalepeno. 2. Drain. 3. add refried beans, tomato sauce and cumin. 4. simmer for 15 minutes. 5. microwave tortillas for 15 seconds to soften. 6. pour 1/2 cup enchilada sauce in the bottom of a 9x9 pan. 7. add filling to tortillas, roll up, place in pan seam side down and cover with remaining sauce. 8.
