1. Combine mustard, hot chiles and garlic in food processor or blender; process until smooth. Add mayonnaise to mustard mixture and stir until combined. Cover and refrigerate. 2. For each sandwich spread 2 bread slices with 1 tablespoon mayonnaise mixture each. Top with lettuce, beef, cheese, cornichons and tomatoes.
