1. Cut the steaks into thin strips and the red pepper into chunks. Thread the beef strips, concertina-style, onto eight large skewers, placing a chunk of red pepper and a mushroom between each strip. 2. Mix together the sauce ingredients in a small bowl, and add a little boiling water to form a coating consistency. 3. Preheat the broiler to high. Place the skewers on a tray and brush lightly with the sauce. 4. Cook under a preheated broiler for 5-8 mins, basting occasionally with the sauce. 5.
