1. Heat to boiling a quart of water in a large sauce pan. 2. Cook noodles until al dente. 3. Drain water and immediately return noodles to sauce pan. 4. Add beef and gravy, using a fork to break up chucks. 5. Add sour cream, frozen peas, and salt and pepper. 6. Mix until thoroughly combined. 7. Serve immediately. 8.
