1. In bowl, combine bread and milk. Add ground beef, cheese, barbecue sauce, garlic and salt and mix just to combine. 2. Form 12 ½ inch thick patties. Cover and refrigerate 10 minutes to firm patties. 3. Drizzle olive oil on both sides of the patties. Grill 3 minutes per side. Let rest for 5 minutes. 4.
