1. Cut meat into 2cm cubes and toss in seasoned flour. 2. Melt butter in a large frying pan and cook onions and garlic until soft. 3. Add the meat and brown, add sugar, beer, water and sauces. 4. Simmer (uncovered) for 90 minutes, stirring occasionally. 5. Add vegetables and cook (covered) for 30 minutes. 6.
