1. Saute musrooms, onion and garlic in butter until onion is tender. Add beef; cook stirring constantly, until browned. 2. Stir in flour, consomme, lemon juice, Burgundy, and pepper; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. 3. Stir in sour cream; cook until thoroughly heated. (Do not boil.). 4.
