1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 2. Brown the meat. 3. Saute veggies in the butter. 4. Mix all together and add the can of soup, water and 1 cup of chow mein noodles. 5. Put all in to a casserole dish (a deeper dish works better I have found). 6. sprinkle extra noodles on top. 7. Bake for 40-45 minutes. 8.
