1. Season beef with salt, pepper, curry and ginger. 2. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat, and brown the beef on all sides. 3. Add the garlic and onions in the skillet until tender. Mix in the juice from the tomatoes, beef broth, and water. Chop tomatoes and add. 4. Bring to boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer over very low heat for 1 hour or until meat is very tender. 5.
