1. Heat oil in large skillet. 2. Cook and stir meat and onion until meat is brown and onion is tender; add broth; heat to boiling; reduce heat and cover and simmer 1 hours. 3. Heat oven to 350°F; pour meat mixture into ungreased baking dish (13x9x2-inch). 4. Arrange potato slices on meat; stir together soup, sour cream, milk, salt and pepper; pour over potatoes. 5.
