1. Place fillet in a baking dish and pour wine over. 2. Sprinkle with pepper. 3. Bake at 350 degrees F for 40-45 minutes. 4. Cool. 5. Cook asparagus until tender. 6. Refresh with cold water. 7. Arrange lettuce leaves on a large round platter. 8. Slice fillet thinly and roll each slice around an asparagus spear. 9. Arrange on lettuce (like the spokes of a wheel). 10.
