Beef In Red Wine &Amp; Brandy


1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Place all ingredients (except mushrooms and brandy) in a 3 quart csserole.

3. Cover tightly.

4. Bake for 3 hours and 30 minutes.

5. Stir in mushrooms and brandy.

6. Cover again and bake 30 minutes longer.

7. Serve over rice or noodles.
