Beef Mexican Rice


1. Brown Ground Beef and onions over Medium-high heat.

2. Add garlic - stir for 30 Seconds.

3. Add Water and canned tomatoes, bring to a boil.

4. Add rice and spices to taste.

5. Return to a boil, stir.

6. Reduce to a simmer and cover for 20 minutes.

7. Add corn stir for 1 minute.

8. Add cheese, stir and serve.
