1. Combine beef in large bowl with rice and curry powder. 2. Roll mixture into eight equal patties. 3. Heat oil in large skillet, cook patties over medium heat for 3 minutes each side or until cooked through. 4. Remove from pan and drain well, keep warm. 5. Heat extra oil in skillet, add onion, garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 2 minutes or until soft. 6. Add cumin, coriander, mustard, sugar, tomato paste, undrained tomatoes and water, bring to boil, cover, reduce heat to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes or until sauce has reduced and thickened. 7. Remove from heat, pour into blender or processor and blend until smooth. 8.
