1. For the sauce, in a small bowl, combine all the ingredients listed for the sauce, and refrigerate until serving. 2. In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the oregano, rosemary, salt and pepper, shake well.add beef seal bag again, and toss to coat. 3. In a large nonstick skillet, saute onion in 2 teaspoons oil until golden brown. 4. Remove and keep warm. 5. Saute beef in remaining oil until no longer pink. 6.
