Beef Salpicao


1. Combine beef, salt, pepper, and garlic in a container. Mix well. Let sit for 10 minutes.

2. Add olive oil and let sit for 30 minutes.

3. Heat a pan to high heat and add all the ingredients.

4. Cook beef evenly while stirring/tossing continuously until outer part turns brown.

5. Add Worcestershire and oyster sauces and continue cooking until liquid in the pan dries up.

6. Switch to medium heat. Add butter and continue cooking for 2-3 minutes more.
