Beef Stew With Mango Chutney


1. Brown Beef in butter. Add onions, beef broth, and green pepper. Cover and Bake 1 1/2 hours. Add mango chutney and whipping cream. Mix cornstarch with 1/2 cup of water, add to thicken. Add salt and pepper.

2. Serve over rice.
