Beef Stroganoff Casserole


1. Place uncooked noodles in 2 ½ quart casserole. Coat beef with flour; arrange on top of noodles. Arrange mushrooms over meat.

2. Sprinkle with onion, nutmeg, parsley and paprika. Pour beef broth over.

3. Bake at 325 for 1 hour. Stir in sour cream and bake, uncovered, for 15 minutes longer. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
