1. In a deep frying pan/skillet, on a medium heat, add the butter and oil. Add the shallots and fry until softened. 2. Add the garlic and stir for 1 minute. 3. Turn the heat up to the highest. 4. Add the beef and cook until opaque. 5. Add the mushrooms and stir for 1 minute. 6. Add the brandy, let it warm through for about 20 seconds, then set a light to it and allow the flames to subside on their own. 7. When the flames have gone out completely, add the mustards and cook for 1 minute. 8.
