1. Cut beef into strips or large cubes. 2. Cover with Worcestershire to marinate. 3. Dredge/coat with the mix of spices& flour, put in crock. 4. Add onion wedges and celery. 5. Pour in soups; then 1/2 can of water mixed with white wine. 6. Pour onion soup mix& mushrooms over top. 7. Cook on low 6-7 hours. 8.
