Beef Stroganoff Pie


1. Heat oven to 400°F.

2. Spray pie plate with cooking spray.

3. In a 10-inch skillet, cook beef mushrooms, onion and garlic over medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until beef is browned; drain.

4. Spread in pie plate.

5. Stir remaining ingredients except parsley in a medium bowl with wire whisk until blended.

6. Pour into pie plate.

7. Sprinkle on parsley.

8. Bake 30 to 35 minutes until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

9. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
