Beef Stroganoff With A Twist


1. In a large skillet, cook beef cubes in butter until brown.

2. Push to one side and add onions and mushrooms, cook until soft.

3. In separate bowl combine sour cream, sugar, salt and dry mustard.

4. Add to beef mixture on warm heat.

5. Mix well.

6. Serve over egg noodles.
