1. Cut steak into bite-sized strips. 2. Steam carrots until tender. 3. Mix sherry, soy sauce, hot bean sauce and spices for sauce, set aside. 4. Preheat wok over high heat; heat cooking oil, then add chili oil. 5. Stir-fry carrots, pea pods and mushrooms until crisp-tender. 6. Remove from wok. 7. Stir-fry beef, push to side. 8.
