1. In a 8 gallon kettle combine first 7 ingredients. 2. Add water to cover. 3. Add tomato sauce and broth. 4. In a large skillet cook beef, turkey and onions till no longer pink.; drain. 5. Add to veggie mixture. 6. Stir in salt, basil and pepper; bring to boil. 7.
