1. Marinate beef in soy sauce, cornstarch, sherry, egg white, and sesame oil for 30 minutes. 2. Heat 2 Tblsp. oil in frying pan until hot. 3. Stir-fry green pepper and salt 2 minutes; remove from pan; set aside. 4. Heat 2 more Tblsp. oil in frying pan until hot. 5. Add meat mixture; stir-fry 3 minutes. 6.
