Beef With Red Wine &Amp; Veggies Casserole


1. In a frying pan, add olive oil, when heated, add onion and garlic, cook, until transparent, add meat and brown.

2. Place meat (including onion, garlic and oil) and all other ingredients into the slow cooker(crockpot), mix well. Add salt and pepper as desired.

3. Cook on high for 4-5 hours, or on slow for 7-9.

4. Enjoy.
