1. Combine salsa ingredients and chill for one hour. 2. Season beef with salt and pepper and brown in 1 tbl. olive oil. 3. Remove beef from pan and saute onion in 1 tbl olive oil. 4. Add beef back to pan, along with broth and beer. Bring to a boil. 5. Reduce heat to low and simmer 90 minutes or until tender.
