1. Marinate steak overnight in wine to tenderise. 2. Soften onions in butter with herbs and garlic. 3. Add meat, tomato paste, marinade, salt & pepper. 4. Simmer gently on top of stove until meat is tender. 5. Add mushrooms and simmer for 5 minutes. 6. Mix flour & butter together. 7. Crumble in flour & butter mixture to thicken sauce. 8.
