1. Mix the butter and sugar well. Add the water, egg and honey. 2. Sieve the flour, salt and cinnamon. Then add to the butter mixture. Mix to a homogenous dough. 3. Leave to rest in a cold place for up to 5 hours. 4. Divide the dough into 30 portions. 5. Roll and flatten to about 1.5 centimeters. 6. Put them on a baking tray, lined with baking paper. 7. Press an almond in each cookie. 8. Brush with egg or milk and bake in a preheated oven (170°C) for about 15 minutes. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
